The Yukon River that flows in North America and Canada is among the largest river in Alaska. Its Basin is among the largest river basins in North America which are as large as California. It begins in north-western British Columbia and stretches through northwest Yukon in Alaska where dissolves into the Bering Sea. It is one of the six largest streams in the region that play a significant role in the Arctic Ocean.
